Description
Spencer has been trying to purify some of his Pokemon, so he asked Toras for help by battling one of them. He promised that he'd take it easy since Toras was pretty new to battling still... but then Turt lost control. Spencer had promised not to use Shadow Rush, but Turt decided to anyway... hopefully his call reaches Turt in time.
