Adam Davies is a good friend of mine, and his birthday is in a few days so I hope no one sees this before I give it to him. Its more of a poster than a painting, featuring his cheeky face and his beloved car. His facial expression is suitable because he is an extremely mischevious character. I used some masking for the parallel lines.

You may have noticed that my highly accurate portraits are all monochrome, I have yet to master colour and facial tone when painting accurately. Its much easier to get it right when using a different style. But this technique offers greater resembelance and has a nice feel to it, I like it.
