Liberated. I was feeling rather frustrated with some other bits of more technical work I've got going on, so I did this to relax and for therapy. It's the first time I've gone up to a canvas and created something with no idea in mind, and this is what came out of me. I am quite please with it, and it certainly made me feel very good as I was creating it. It's more about the process I think, and the tension/interplay between the large directed movements of the artist and the chaotic uncontrolled elements which make up the fine detail where paint meets paint and canvas.
