Description
This is neither macabre of horrifying. This is anatomy, and anatomy is beautiful. Ultimately however, it is a painting and so the anatomy is far from accurate. Not well shown here due to the scanning process, is the texture and use of gloss/matte paints towards the left of the picture. Under closer inspection [although again, not shown well here] there is a face painted in gloss which is just noticeable against the matte.
