Not sure if this has been done already, but variety is good.

Like the starfield, this is larger than most people will use for a frame, intentionally this time. This is to facilitate variety in how the static looks without me having to make multiple backgrounds. Also, this can probably be used outside of Walfas stuff.

This was made with three layers of various noise generation tools in Paint.NET, including one from the "MadJik"(?) gigantic plugin pack.

As always, I'd appreciate credit if you use this.
