A little piece I made for an upcoming contest reguarding the drawing software I use. Decided its been a while since I did a cityscape, and I wanted to dream up some new planets while I was at it as of always. Thanks to BalefirePhoniex for letting me use his char Yskra, a sectary bird raptor!For more context on the piece itself, my boy Talsoa is pitching to the lovely ratpor himself about setting up a few new extraction facilities on a briney tidepool world for its vast concentrations of neodymium and indium . Here's hoping he can convince the quilly consular!
