I just spent the last five minutes absolutely laughing my ass off at this. Mostly because I can actually see it happening in the show...somehow, anyway. XD
And ohgawd poor Prowl and Optimus. Wonder how they got suckered into being the sisters.

This is my theory about the pic:
They were all playing dress-up because Sari was feeling bad about having not much of a family. Ultra Magnus and the Elite Guard were on Earth for a bit.. Ultra played along because he feels sorry for her, and because he doesn't know much about being organic. Optimus was really busy with some protocol work with Sentinel, but Sari said she really... See More wanted them to play, too. I guess Sari wanted to poke fun about her dad (organic, black mustache, etc.) so she asked to be the dad. Of course Sentinel would have to be a baby, plus Bulkhead always wanted to be allowed to squash him with his foot. Jazz said, "Oh, might as well play, too. Can I be an uncle?... 's long as I get to play games, dig?" Bumblebee got butthurt that Jazz got to play his game, so Optimus broke up the Prowl-Bumblebee fight over who got to be the second brother because Bumblebee really wanted to play on his game console and Prowl knew that his only chance of preserving his ego was to play a male part; Bumblebee grabbed the game controller and refused to budge. Optimus threatened to confiscate his rocket boosters, but we all know that he's too much of a noble good-Sparked mech to rip the rockets off Bee's back, so he promised Prowl that whatever Sari wanted Prowl to be, Optimus would be the same thing, too. Turns out, Sari wanted a sister. Bulkhead quickly noted that there was no bot else who would carry him, so he couldn't be a sis. The job fell onto Prowl, who immediately refused and tried to run away, and Optimus was bound by his word to accompany Prowl. Bulkhead ended up being the mommy because Ratchet was having a stasis nap and Arcee was out doing research on humans. While they were playing, they woke up Ratchet, who got super-pissed.

Poor Prowl and Optimus. It looks like Prowl is trying to get away so he can take off the dress while Optimus is asking Sari for help. Ant I think Ratchet is the father-in law or the neighbor come to yell at them.
