My take on Captain Ginyu's original body. He's one of Sauza's race. I was reading up on some of Ginyu's background info and discovered that in some of the DBZ games he and Sauza have a very old rivalry. Ginyu apparently despises Sauza because he is the only one who knows Ginyu's true body. I've known that for a while, but after reading some new info on the Japanese wiki entry for the Ginyu Force, Google's very dodgy translation insinuated that Ginyu was the child of a wealthy family who discovered his ability to change bodies at a young age. My guess is that Ginyu's ability isn't something that all members of his race have.

Anyways, Sauza obviously must have known Ginyu before he first used his ability, which meant that they could have been kids together. So Ginyu is probably around Sauza's age and there's a chance he comes from the same race, hence this pic. PHEW!
