I tried drawing a creature à la Shadow of the Collossus again.The head/shoulders/upper body parts are okay, is where I started... then it evolved into some kind of gay raver colossus.
Moonboots?! What was I thinking?

It is very Shadow of the Collossus, though, so you succeeded at your initial objective. I'm already imagining where I'd have to climb this guy and what places would need stabbing.
