Description
Its a miniature newspaper rack to use for set dressing. With a bit of modification this one can be made so you can open and and get newspapers out of it like the real thing!

Edit: The original file was bad out of scale! This has been re-scaled to 1:16 for Super Powers and other 4.5" action figures. I also added some newspaper pages to it as well.
Edit: made a tiny change to the layout and erased the handle on the change base... OCD stuff that no one would notice or care about but me...
