Yes this character is in fact inspired by Bill Cipher from Gravity Falls.His shape is a dodecahedron (which I heard of through someone reading Tumblr posts (P.M. Seymour) )

- He doesn't know of or ever heard of any of the Ciphers as he hasn't visited any of those dimensions and with how big the multiverse is, it's unlikely he'll ever meet them. (Not all dream demons know each other)
- He has eyes on all sides
- He is two different shades of blue
- He has a bow tie on his backside because "business in the front, party on the back"
- His fire is green
- He's insane but he has his sane moments and isn't as crazy as Bill Cipher so don't expect him to change the features of someones face or start a weirdmaggedon
