Description
This will make an effect like in newer games that will give you particles, where you can do just about anythign with. Very easy to do, and only need a small understanding of photoshop. Oh you might need the blessing of sight to follow picturesRelated content

Heres something you should try - expand your effects to layers, take the outer-glow layer, add a layer mask, render clouds, levels, and reduce the amount of black. This'll add some smoke-like transparency to your glow. also, if you make your original brush color white, you don't need to use color overlay

Yeah! The best turprial i've seen so far!
And I noticed that if you use "Lens flare" it gives an even more cool effect!
