These two young scamps are Valerie and Jake Rockwell who are the twin offspring of PinUp Girl and Proud Citizen from the future.The teen terrors of Paragon's underworld have travelled back in time to check out what Paragon City was like "in the olden days" as Val calls it.
Well that's what reckless party-girl Valerie is here to do. Poor responsible Jake came back to make sure she doesn't mess with the timeline and cause the universe to implode. And see the thanks he gets

Well, you know what *I* think about this one, my dear--sublime! It's so funny and so perfect. Poor Jake, I think he deserves some revenge. Their expressions are priceless--Val is SO spot on.
