I love the clothing detail, is that a seperate layer? I love the colors too! I like the background too...but I'm not a big fan of the brick floor.

okay....where to start on this piece.
I love the simple pose and simple lines combined with the extensive details on her dress and toque and back plate.
love the rich deep hues and the movement in her hair - you can see the weight and quality of her person.
And as for the back plate - it's beautifully ornate with amazing perspective. *mindboggles* And it looks entirely like a Speritanian backplate. So cool.
