I spent way too many hours on this thing, and all the while thinking :"all this is going to be in vain..."I think at somepoint I liked drawing zombies/undeads but when I colored this guy, I was not in those times. I enjoyed working on it for the most part, but just not as much as other subjects as of late.
but then thats life, sometimes you just have to do it, and while doing it you should give it your best, regardless of how much you like it, the truth is; I found that I grew to like it if I give it a more honest try.
Once a great wise man told me how he did what he did not like for decades, he said :"take interest"
I pondered that for a long time, and I think when I draw pictures like this one, I finally start to understand.
I'm horrible with writing, but I hope you get some positive encouragement out of this. XD

I went to OryCon over the weekend and saw Anima for sale! I was really extatic and talked to the dealer kinda happy that I know (in a sence) the guy who does the art work. Been watching you a while.

i understand how you feel about art not coming out the way you want it to because you are simply not in the mood for it, but things like only prove to make us stronger as artist, and more open to the different perspectives in the world. I'm glad that you finished the art and that it still turned our amazingly, though not all of your heart was in it at one time.

Seriously mate, you need to work for Square-Enix. You would be AWESOME at making creatures and summons for Final Fantasy. Plus you would make the series great again.

I think it's awesome that you can see the parts that the monster is stitched from. I see ears, faces, chests, abs. Wow, great job!

normally i hate zombie pictures, but this was done very well
I especially enjoyed all the little staples and stitches thrown in and the detail on all the body part and bones that are mixed in it

They say that things like boredom are all in your mind, a point of view I guess you could say. It sounds like with the right attitude you can acheive amazing things.
