Oh wow, I really like her coat and skirt. So elegant! Dig the evil spirits trapped in the pommel too! You have a great attention to detail.
I'm going to be nitpicky now. Take it or leave it;
Wouldn't it be easier to cut something with the scythe if the blad edge wasn't facing in direction of the shaft, but rather was rotated more? You see, I have an old-fashioned farming scythe in my shed, and if I hold it like she does its blade will be parallel with the ground and cut off in a horizontal plane.
Very awesome design I must say. It looks almost as if it can transform mechanically :3

I love the scythe, but dang! Her skirt is shoooooort. I'm not against short skirts or anything, but pleats and frills generally only work if the skirt is at least down to mid thigh.
But otherwise, she's awesome. I love the ghostly lantern on the end of the scythe.

I feel like her right leg though has a very unnatural curve to it towards the bottom. Her skirt too seems extremely short, even for a flirtatious appeal, lol.
As usual though, I really love the detail. [The scythe is my favorite part as well]

I love the scythe, but the legs look really weird... Like they're placed too far apart, are too long, and too thin... I'm no anatomy expert, but they look funny to me...

The bottom portion, from the knee down, are too thin - if she takes another ste she may have 2 broken legs!

Very awesome artwork, as usual.
The only thing about the scythe that strikes me as being odd is the faces. Its the fact that they sit level at the angle shes holding the scythe right now, instead of being aligned with the blade or the shaft. Unless they rotate in place.

yes i agree with you there, the scythe is fantastic.
I always found cheery death-bringers to be cool characters, attractive even.
Only thing to watch out for is her right leg- it looks just a tiny bit off, like there's to much of a curve in the tibia/fibula/calf portion or something... even perhaps creasing the shoe to show the foot bending would fix that, but that's just me.

First off, I like your work, always. This one seems to be rushed, her legs are very much looking like noodles. Be sure to make them look more real. Other than that, your style is amazing, and her scythe is awesome, and looks heavy.
