Xiao Xian: Little DeityMy translation skills suck but heres a rough translation of the poem
The tiger loves the high moutains for a hidden motive
Everyone suspects it like a fox
When the flowers turn yellow and the geese migrates
Its reputation shall reach that of kings
poem originates from a chinese fortune telling book
i did not write the caligraphy, someone else did, this person will not scream at me for not giving him credit. so nyahaha. XD caligraphy was done with real brush on paper. everything else is painter and photoshop with tablet.

I really like this. I like the old look to it, the coloring, and the almost gentle effect of it all. I especially like her expression, since in most pieces I see similar to this there is none. It is all very nice.

I've got a lot of authentic Japanese art in my house (Grandfather was a WWII soldier/missionary) and this looks fantastic. Looks very much like the real paintings.
