Great detail as always, and I applaud the use of a setting/background, but I feel that perspective is still not up to that Wen-M level of detail.
Is his foot simply bent as he kneels, or is that actually as long as his foot is? Is the sword excessively longer than the sheathe suggests, and is it that wide by the time you reach the end?
The answers are obvious, but the depiction makes me question.

to me, it looks more like a judge, from how close it is to his head. Like if the faith isn't strong enough, the would be knight would be killed.

As I look at this work I see much improvement in terms of visual errors. With that said let's get to the little that I do see.
1: The weapon that is being used to knight the person looks like a cane sword. With that being said the size of the sheath, that is in the left hand, is much too small for a 2-sided sword(Which I'm not sure if they make them like that, though that wouldn't matter it being fantasy)
2: The positioning of the sword over the shoulder is well past the positioning of the cloth covering the right foot. This means there should be a shadow of the sword in one of the lighted areas on the floor.
3: The pillars that hold up the building are warp inwards too much. Now this is to be ignored if the Master, that is in front of the person kneeling, has powers that bend space. Which may be evident in that his left arm is floating in mid-air through use of the cloth.
3 1/2: This is only half a flaw as it can be very negligible. The candles melting would have wax dripped on the floor due to lack of a candle holder base. This can be ignored two ways. A perspective way and a potential realist way. A perspective way would be that it is for added effect and that extra level of detail will never be fixed. The realist way is that the candles light up when the Master enters and unlit when the master leaves. (One of the various powers of a Master or the candles in this world are built that way) I say potential as there would still be drops on the floor from the wax based on the speed at which they are melting.
Sidenotes:
I highly suspect this person kneeling to be a male. This is due to the boot size and extra bulges in the left hand's palm. Though it is up to the artist to decide that.
The hair near the back of the neck feels a bit off. Can't quite explain it.
With all that said. I must say there is very to critique and this is one major step up compared to what I've seen from you. Not to say your previous works don't have their own merit.
I hope to find your next work just as challenging to me.

Well, I see a shadow of the sword, and candles do have holder bases, though the low point of view explains that they doesn't look like it, and the size of the blade and boots, too, I think. In my opinion, it's the floor that doesn't really render the perspective properly.
I agree on the neck, the roots of the hair stops quite high on it.

I thought quite a bit about it and decided not to discuss the angle of the lighting source against the shadows on the floor due to all the work that would be needed to alter a light source to fix one little detail.
The shadow of sword is in the wrong spot however I didn't need to point that out if I explained the position the sword was in.
The issue with the candle holders is half the bases and half the amount of wax that is building up on the side of each candle. With that much the base would easily overfill and still drip on the floor.
