I love how you took the pit fiend Bel ruler of the first and made him more of a regal sophisticated devil that he should be...*sigh* instead of the blood thristy curved great sword user he ish...I like this out take alot and drool over the red outfit, and fine swept of hair over his face. Should make a Fierna devil next...o-o yesh *nods and stares back in utter drooling

Honestly...the green doesnt fit....thats just my opinion.
I think you should also make characters like this one angry(sometimes)
All of your other pics like this show stonefaced guys.....i know that you put emotion in every pigment you place on your characters but emotion in their faces and actions would help too.

awww using the green once again. it does go though. reminds me of a christmas tree in devil form @.@ hee hee strange analogy i picked huh? i love the wings and the detil on them. the sillouhette in the back for stuff and what not is good but for the wing i dont think its dark enough to where you have to make it into a sillouhette but thats just me. *dance*

It's all wonderful, but because that is not a usefull thing to say in the least, my favorite bits are the choice of colors, which are fantastic, and the attitude that standing at one side of the page gives him. His is so into his own awesomeness, he barely notices you. Too cool for my mortal words.

For once, I like the wings better then the character. Red is such a strong color, that you have to use in moderation, which is probably why I like the wings so much, because you added a good shade of blue and purple, as opposed to the eye blinding green in his sleaves. I do like his hair however.

Belial was a demon to begin with, well, from what i read anyway, but i drew him as an angel first and then drew his original form, which is the demon form.

Ooooh, Belial. I know about that one. Actually, according to the Bible, Belial, Belzebul, Lucifer, Abaddon, and Satan are all different names for one demon.

"Belial is the evil spirit of darkness and godlessness in the Jewish myth of old Palestine. In the Old Testament there is mentioning of Belial-men: they are those who oppose to law and order. Belial can also be compared with Satan." - Encyclopedia Mythica [link]
So while they are comprable they are not the same entaty.
Beelzebub as it goes in Miltons Peradice lost is Satans head general, the origine of the name is derived from Peagen ruits (I beleave) and a goet god named Baall-zebeth (I may have spelt that wrong) which means lord of the lords... Beelzebub was added in as a mockery of said god and so they named him Baal-Zevuv, the lord of the flies.

Well, according to the Bible I have with the monstrous Strong's Concordance, they're all the same demon. Abaddon and Apollyon are titles of Satan. Beelzebub is just a mistransliteration of "Baal-Zebub", which is another title, according to Strong's Con., for Satan, along with Belial. Along with those, there are Lucifer and Heylel.

Well I'll take your word for it. This is mostly just odds and ends I have picked up. And even then looking back at my preveus statment part of it actually backs you up regardless, since the comparison in the Mythica quote drew the peralel it;s entierly pausable that they where refering to a translation erore. I like mythica beacause of how much they have on it, but they lack details sometimes, I really should stop relying on them for my sole source.
