This is really different concept. The human-yet-not-human look gives it a real creepy edge, and the eyeball-wings are a unique story all their own. I love the detail on the eyes. Wonderful work, as always.

...You know how every so often when you're playing some video game, you stumble across a certain boss and this boss scares the crap out of you? Yes, THAT boss. You don't fight it, you don't stick around to find out what its weaknesses or patterns of attack are, you just run back to the previous room, take a breather to gather your senses, and hope it doesn't follow you and do something bad to you, your family, and whatever pets you might own.
This guy would be one of those bosses. Who is he, where does he come from, and how do I kill him?
(And now for the part of the Devious Thought that NOBODY gets in one sitting.) Seriously, he/she/it is FREAKIN' me out. Doesn't help that the costume looks like what happens when Tim Burton and American McGee get struck by the same bolt of lightning, with a pair of Aladdin pants thrown in for good measure (truncated version: it is oddly whimsical yet capable of instilling dread). Also, I have no real idea where that paticular set of bat wings came from, but they are inventive and creepy and I think I don't ever want to see anything like them in real life. That would be Lovecraft-level 'hey I'm not sure my puny mortal mind can properly comprehend what I'm seeing I think I'll go insane to compensate right about NOW ohgodohgodohgod HELP ME mommy' mindbending, and while the Old Ones are fun to read about I don't think meeting them's such a hot prospect. The hair is weird. Not only because it brings out his eyes, but it's like he's saying "hey, look at me, I'm just as human as everyone else, I want to be stylish and chic so please don't run away and/or lose your minds."
...It'd be interesting to see a skilled 3D modeler try and make a model out of this thing....

Your work is always so intricate and delicate. So beautifully designed. I only wish I could draw and color so well. Such a unique look to this character too. I love the idea of the eyes in the wings.
