I have been admiring this painting for weeks now, but I did not notice until just now... I know that I am incorrect on this, but really, it almost seems as though she has a thermometer stuck in her mouth. I wonder if, perhaps, I simply have too many friends with the flu right now, that I am seeing thermometers in places where I know they should not be... LOL! I blame this on all of my friends and their checking their temperatures every ten minutes to see whether their fever has gone up or down.
