not sure Wen i will upload the full pic.
Still having a hard time managing my time, commissions and everything has been put to hold, sigh...Wen will I grow up and put my life back in order?

Your art is so refreshing Wen-M... Its hard to find artist now-a-days with a awesomely original style.. Maybe its just me, but whatever.

Very detailed! The textures on the skull look fab and I really love the winding texture of the cloth on his hand. Great pose and perspective, too! It has a lot of energy. The colours are very electric and I love how bright they are! I really like the subtle hint of purple in the shading on him (which really helps tie the bright pinks and purples into the pic)
My only crit is that the shading seems to be a bit "loose".... I don't know how to explain, but like on the red part on the lefthand side of the piece, for example, it looks slightly under worked. Not a big deal, because it's so detailed and stuff... but thats all I noticed

This is amazing, I gotta say Im very curious where you come up with the ideas or reference for those arcane markings you use. And how it is you get them to so nicely circle up around a given object like that.

Those are pretty sophisticated scribbles? What do you use for inspiration for them? Oh or even better yet would you have any tips or a guide you could put together on how to make such convincing markings?

you first have to have an idea of what it should look like, for say, like a flower, like a skull, etc etc, and then add, take away, add, take away until it becomes a little hard to notice at first, but that the flower look is still there, make sense?

Yeah, a bit. I imagine it takes a lo of working at before such markings really pass as "arcane" in nature though hm? I thank you for your time on sharing a little bit about them, Im surprised more people haven't asked about it or expressed interest in the matter. Its that kind of detail work that I think really sets you aside from a lot of other artists I watch, or even come across on DA. This is of course in addition to other talents, but the details are just so beautiful that sometimes I'll just stop and gawk at the smallest thing on this big picture you got.

not sure about Aeons, but Behemoths is a popular monsters in the FF series.
but FF did not create the creature that is called Behemoth, they simly created their own visuals for the name.
