This is a very good design, the torque is a nice touch. I like the combination of the skull on her staff and her fur cloak.

The colours are great, sober hand dreadfully effective. And the witch is terrific, special and fascinating in the same time as she's inconspicuous. Both sober ol lady and probably powerfull witch. I like thinking like that because I think that the best sign of power is to be able to seems "insignificant".
