I groan and gasp as I feel this happen, the pain of my body forcibly and grotesquely altering was almost too much to bear as the bulbous black abdomen broke through my pants. "Oh god..." meanwhile, the monster that charged me before was coming back around.

as the monster turns around, a mass of tendrils forming the back half of its body
rolling over itself as charges again.

Soon, my body had fully changed to be like that of a spider. I look down in surprise as I see myself. "Oh my god... what happened to me?"

I slowly get up, starting to get used to my new legs, as I walk around. "Well... this is definitely an odd experience. I've been mutated into some sort of spider..." I sighed, as I took a closer look at my abdomen. "It honestly is kinda neat, though..."
