That ending was was happy and sadder from different reasons then ashi....Everything,everyone is erased now.I mean Jacks home he didn't let all the suffering and destruction happen.He's with his parents again.But damn everyone he's ever helped are practically none existent now,but I guess by cartoon logic they would all some how be conceived in the same time frame, and have more peaceful lives.
