I like the poster, but I think it's because it's a good photo... not necessarily because it works. Maybe instead of a photo that is probably more suited for beauty care industry you should try something with a person laying on a couch or reclining in an easy boy while wearing a suit.
Unless your target audience is girls in the middle of flower fields... then the poster is dead on.
