Description Ichthyosaurodon in the field under the power line.
It was quite an unusual experience in drawing, considering that I had not drawn anything land-based until that moment.
For those who do not know who Ichthyosaurodon is - a description of this species:
First of all, Ichthyosaurodon of different sexes differ in color. The Ichthyosaurodon male (in the picture) has, as you can see, a light blue color. The female has a dark blue color, the female is smaller and the females have their dorsal fin bent backwards.
The body length of the male Ichthyosaurodon is 4 meters 50 centimeters, the female is slightly less - 3 meters 20 centimeters.
Ichthyosaurodon has an interesting (and at the same time dangerous feature): they have a black gland in their neck that contains black Carbonic acid. The vapors of this acid, when it corrodes something, kill those who inhale these vapors in 1 minute - death occurs from cardiac arrest.
The pH of the whole body of Ichthyosaurodon is 11 - in the alkaline side. If blood, saliva, mucus and other liquid secretions from the body of Ichthyosaurodon get to someone on the mucous membranes, an alkaline burn will be obtained.
Ichthyosaurodons do not live in any small flocks. If they gather in one place, they unite into one large colony of Ichthyosaurodons, where there can be from 500 to 1000 individuals.
When hunting, the Ichthyosaurodon uses its cunning.
If the Ichthyosaurodon hunts alone, then it can track its prey for days. Ichthyosaurodon tries to do as much as possible so that his victim does not notice him. If he is noticed, he immediately rushes to his prey. If the victim is too far away from him, he shoots at her with Carbonic Acid from his black gland in the neck.
If there are a lot of Ichthyosaurodons, then they simply rush at their prey without any ceremony.
