Bill Savage is a trigger-happy freedom fighter, portrayed as a working class with vengeance within his eyes. The Volgans has taken everything from Savage’s life. His van, family, home, friends, and his god damn country. From the start, he only had a double-barrelled shotgun, with creative tactics’. Now he is a fully armed killing machine, thanks to the resistance and government resources. Savage may be grateful for their resources but doesn’t mean he trusts them. He would take drastic measures to find any double-crossers if their Volgan or not, and make them pay in blood.
