Well, to answer those in reverse order, Jenny and her husband were already planning on going hiking. However, they played the "throw a pen in the jar" challenge game. And Jenny couldn't get a single one to go through. Her husband, however, made them all.

And he picked the location, the time, the attire, and the accessories. Jenny would've been happy to wear this to gala or a play, or even at home. But hiking up a mountain this way? Oh, she was going to get her payback.
