Looking around though at the empty offices and the setting sun, Colleen had two thoughts come to mind. "I wonder if we should visit the beach? And I do hope they wait for me!"

In traditional R-World, all women over the age of 18 must be restrained in some way, shape, or form when outside the house (and sometimes even in it!). This is a personal modification of that universe where instead of all women being restrained, instead women may choose to be restrained.
