answer:the last person in the master's set in battle revolution. his team changes based on if you're using diamond or pearl. with diamond, he has a kyogre and a palkia, both of which annoy me to death. THEY. DONT. DIE!!! somehow, even though he's a npc, he EV trained the crap out of his team.
