Description

A P-066 Voidshark, built as a successor to the iconic Shark interceptor, conducts a test flight between the alien relic mountains of Hemiar IV. This nimble fighter was deployed extensively by the Beta Salaccis Free Navy during the Kobold War, and played a key role in defending the navy outposts stationed in Hemiar from kobold stealth strikes.

This is a painting I made as a cover for a fan-made Terran Trade Authority anthology. I took heavy inspiration from Simon Stalenhag and Stewart Cowley's artwork for this one. I used the JSPlacement hard surface generator to create the “techy” texture for the “mountains.” Also, the ship in the TTA version is based on a render of a 3d model by Malleus011, which can be found here: www.thingiverse.com/thing:4538…
