A basis of something I have chatted with a very good friend on Discord.

A role play where Cream and Amy is conjoined. This occurred when a fusion machine grabbed them both and contained them within itself. Sonic saved them using a spinning tornado wind like attack. The two girls inside were trapped, melting, some pain, as the fusion part did its job. And conjoined the best friends, this could not be reversed. Sonic saved them but by the time they got home. Tails figured out how to reverse the process, and explain it to them, and then get them ready for transference and separation, it was too late, and it was permanent.

Vanilla kept and looked after them after the event. Hospital was very accepting and supportive of the events.

Amy Rose kept her car from Sonic-R, and Vanilla (and Carmella) helped relocate Amy Rose's belongs to Vanilla's home, as well as deal with the selling of the home, and putting the cash in a college fund for the pair.

The best friends grew up conjoined, with Amy as the more dominant personality of the two, while Cream is the more creative or imaginative of the two.

As well as existing within our role play universe with each other, this also exists in a few of the WWUniverses as well. (like Universe 2 for example).
