Here is the dalmatian colony's flag.
Dogtera wanted to expand, and did not want to cause a civil war with the dalmatian breed over land, so assisted them to colonise elsewhere with Dogtera III military and technology help.

so the colony is like an autonomy region, like the Crown colonies. [you have your own rules and laws but, you answer to us who are your superiors]

The red represents communism.
The green represents the ground and the grass
The Yellow represents the sands and freedom to explore.
The blue represents the seas and the skies.

the black and white paw represents the colony of Dalmatian over what usually is yellow paw print.
