~Shaucker requested I draw this yesterday (yes, I realized I wasn't supposed to take anymore requests, but this one sounded easier than the others, so I went ahead and drew it).So, yeah, it's Cosmo and Philip, his nickel. He named it Philip and it's a girl, from my understanding.
I haven't seen the episode with him and the coin, however.Anywho, hope you like! I decided to create my own background. Yay.
Time: 30 minutes to outline, about 2 hours to color.

Ah, so Nickel was gonna be used to buy candy. Hm... it was an accident to reunite them, but it works 'cos I guess he lost it and Vicky found it at one point.

At first, when I read the caption (it loads slow, regular dial up, :shakefist) I thought it was from the episode where they were a snail (him and Wanda) and then he had a pet rock (?) I think, I dunno I can't remember, X_x
