yup.it's funny how most people seem to think i hate house. i don't. i used to love it. but since when can't you make fun of something you like/used to like?

Nice summary, you pretty much wrapped it up in a "truth hurts" vicoden coated nutshell.
You should see this season, its basically the problems (and plots) of last season but with a dumber/odder cast.
I swear last episode was a total rip off of a past episode in season whatever (I dont pay attention enough to know which season)
Though Im embarassed to admit Im a house/wilson fan (I did'nt know about wilsons nickname though....)

Patient: Ugh I'm so unemotionally confused and frustrated. Do you know what's wrong with me?
House: No. You just entered the hospital. Now I'll commence giving you random medicine and insult you even though I don't know you because that's just how genius I am.
P: Anything to get rid of whatever this unexpected thing is.
H: Hey. Guess what. I'm addicted to pain pills. I'm not afraid to admit it and I've got a limp. I've got a cane too!
P: Oh my gosh, I thought I was having a hard time because I was unexpectedly dying like every other patient in this hospital, but you have a limp. I just think I'll let my facial expression show my acknowledgment and sympathy.
H: Wussy. *makes funny face to make fun of patient* Now that you've got the random medicine I'm going to be questioned by my Interns and nagged at by the hot older woman-owner of the hospital, only for me to give them all an explanation the writers made up and leave them silent. *Nags and is nagged at*
P: Will this medicine really work?
H: Yeah, you'll be fine. See, you're a hell of a lot better already! Lucky guess! ...Again.
P: Great! You're an amazing doctor! *dies*
H: Crap. INTERNS!! *interns come* What did you do?
Interns: ... Token's fault.
Token: What--?! Is it just 'cause I'm black?!
H: No. It's because your an such an Oreo. Besides, it actually IS your fault and I've just realized what you did and I'm going to tell you off.
Token: I think I'll just bottle up the guilt and frustration inside and forget about this by next episode.
H: Dammit, Token, you idiot! How could you miss this obvious spot on the X-ray? There's a horse in the patients intestines and we'll have to give him/her a special chemotherapy that doesn't really exist!
T: And you for some reason DIDN'T miss it the first time you looked at it?
Chase: :iconkarlishapyplz: I didn't really do anything, but I'm pretty!
Girl: Me too!
P: Wow, you brought me back to life! Thank you, Dr. House!
H: Yeah, your welcome or whatever. Here's some new medicine.
P: I don't want it now, I've gone through enough suffering.
H: Idiot, wussy, softy.
P: ...
H: *scoff* ...Limp...
P: Okay, I'll take it. Because I respect you so much.
H: I knew you would.
P: Where did your interns go?
H: They randomly disappear like that.
P: So how many of your patients have become unexpectedly sick, died to your first diagnosis, been brought back and given new medicine, lived, and accepts your insults because they feel sorry for you?
H: All of them.
P: You awesome.
And they all lived happily every after.

It's supposed to be Foremen (sp?) ,the asshole black dude that everyone says is actually just like House,and,who also acts like he's smarter than everyone else although he's the one who manages to make the worst mistakes.
