I wanted to upload this before I left my computer for the next few days, but yes, here's my entry, at last. I've been planning this design for some time, but somehow, my time just escaped me and I wasn't able to finish it until today (would've been last night, but I got sick and couldn't complete it x.x)

Anyways, here's the basis of my mawmaw, but I'll update the information on her when I get settled at my temporary location~

Name: Salt
Gender: Female

Birthdate: [sometime in winter]
Element: Water
Soulstone: conch-shell shaped, wears around neck on necklace, stone is a pearl

Personality
Calm and reassuring, she's a kind mawmaw that spends a lot of her time in the water. Although she is as all mawmaws, quite social, she is also quiet, and simply enjoys the company of others; including those of whom are not mawmaws at all. Spending a lot of time in the tide pools, she can often be found playing with the life found there; picking up and moving rocks to find those hiding beneath them. She always puts their homes just as she found them, and with as much care as she can, simply finding the search to be entertaining enough.

Seas shells, however, are her favorite things to find, and more often than not, she will horde a pile of them on the beach, only to take one or two home with her, and letting the tide take the rest. Her collection consists of mostly spider conch shells that were once inhabited by the smaller sort, seeing as how the larger shells are rarely washed ashore; though with adapting herself to the water, and possessing the breath of such, she has been able to swim to the lower reaches.

This is odd, only because the majority of her siblings and family were born during the summer, thus, are of the fire element. Being the odd one out, she's loved for her uniqueness, but not necessarily understood for her love of water. Because of this, she is used to spending her time by herself; not to be anti-social, but simply because she's accepted her estrange nature and love for water, and embraced it; but won't drag her friends and family into unknown waters.

Though, she's never really alone out there, as there's plenty of wildlife to speak to and enjoy the company of. Often swimming with seals or dolphins, chasing fish and exploring reefs, there's plenty of life to be found and enjoyed, and certainly, she never feels alone. Because she's so quiet, the need to converse is not necessary, often the rolling of the waters, or barks of the seals are enough for her to be entertained and socialized; and of course, she can always go home and speak with her family.

Nevertheless, those who were familiar with her began to call her Salt, for how much time she spent in the water, often saying "One of these days, you're going to loose your spots, and come back as a block of salt!" (as since, when she was born, she was completely dark, and slowly turned white with age) the name stuck after such, but the joke is still given at every reunion.

Her given name has been forgotten, and simply replaced with Salt now, which no one seemed to mind at all.

Despite the commonality of how other mawmaws treat personal relations, she herself is actually monogamous, feeling content with the company of only one other, and finding herself getting a bit jealous over sharing. This likely comes from being a part of such a large family and having to share everything; clothes, food, toys, etc. She would like to have just one thing to herself, and has tried the idea of having more than one partner, but nothing ever worked out well enough for her to enjoy.

She values the company of a single good friend rather than many, and there in, believes she'll treat her love life in the same manner. Though, has sometimes been teased over such, she believes there has to be another out there that feels the same as she.

Dreams
Although coming from a loving family, Salt desires adventure, and especially desires seeking out other winter-born mawmaws. Of course coming from a family of summer babes, she's curious to find someone who likes the water as much as she does. Someone to explore the sea with, and if she happens to find someone who is like her, and wants to be her one and only, then she'd be more than happy to traverse the waters with them.

Although somewhat skilled with her magic, she would like to get better with it, though is told her playing with sea critters will keep her from any kinds of studies. Her other interests are, as expected, is seashells and the critters within. Her carefree-ness right now makes it more of a hobby than an actual life goal or study, but with time and maturity, she'll find that her care for these critters leads to a sincere interest in marine wildlife and their habits, ecosystem, and care.

-common mane (if it looks long, it's just the way I draw manes, sorry)
-common 2 curve + unibump horns
-common pointed furred ears
-uncommon lion tail

About her Horns;
I wasn't sure about the shape limits, as far as being limited to the smooth form that was shown on the site, or if there could be some variation with how they're shaped, so, the image on the right is with her horns slightly shaped, since she was based off of a seashell (conch) and I thought it would be cool to have her horns shaped roughly to reflect that. If this requires a rare, or uncommon trait added onto her, then I'll simply ask for that feature to be disregarded. I would have asked before submitting, but I got too busy and didn't want to submit this late, many apologies.

Her design in general;
Her design is based off of Spider Conch Shells, being essentially white with dark brown-orange stripes.

As well as the sheer they give off when cut or polished; though more so heavily influencing the bioluminescence some aquatic creatures can have (the blue glow on her horns, and her eyes).

Her white fur also gives off a pearly sheen, and the bioluminescence glows in the dark, which includes her eyes, and faintly, her paw pads (though not as prominent).

Essentially, it's all that tossed together, and I'm really happy with the outcome

I'll update this with her name and official bio tonight, possibly tomorrow, but I do have a story and the like in mind for her, so, pardon my rushedness of this submission until then. All updated! though, a deeper involved story will come later.
