Description
When you follow in the path of your father, you learn to walk like himbut you're not walking like him, Mufasa!
Drawing inspired by an African proverb
The fluffy angry ball, the grumpy cat, that smol boi king of the Pridelands Ahadi and his son Mufasa, spending time together, talking about life and traditions.
I spent hours painting rocks and trees, then I realized the grassland alone works fairly better. Oh, le wasted time!

It is really stunning my dear!^^
I have a question about it. Would you like to show us the Same with Uru and Taka?
That would be soooo oooooo cute

Thank you!! have been years since the last time I drew Uru and cub Taka together, I may draw them again soon enough
but it's kind of hard to find a good interaction between them, my young Scar is so... serious in a way haha

I absolutely love your take on Ahadi,, the fact that both his son's look like him rather than the usual idea that Mufasa looks exactly like him and Scar/Taka looks almost exactly like Uru.
As for the picture it's self it is stunning,, looks like the cover of a book or a poster for a movie.

Thank you very much!! I'm glad you like him!
curiously, he started like the opposite of what he is now, a Mufasa with black mane
almost everything about him changed later, except his gentle personality
