For CHubas. Ruby Heart's a character he really likes, though I don't know where she's from. She was fun to draw though. ^-^ Once again, pretend she's sitting on something... or something... @_@;;; I wanted to make a semi action-y pose, so... And I pretty much made up the anchor, while adding very minor details to her outfit.
