After spending a good portion of the night decorating their Christmas tree, eating a wonderful dinner that Haida prepared for them, wrapping presents, and watching christmas movies Jason started to get tired but tried to stay up as long as he could but sleep was sounding so good right about now. Jason lets out yawn as he goes to the kitchen to get a plate and placed a few cookies and grabbed a glass of milk, walking carefully he places the cookies and milk on a table.

“Son, don’t u think ur too old to be leaving Santa milk and cookies” Haida lets out a chuckle.

“It’s not for Santa, it’s for his elves,” Jason says letting out a yawn again before laying on Haida’s lap.

“His elves?” Jojo and Haida say together giving each other a confused look. Jason nods his head and lets out a final yawn before falling asleep. Jojo gets up to eat the cookies and drink the milk because as usual….he was hungry. Right underneath the plate was a note, Jojo grabs the note and walks over to Haida’s side before opening the note.

“Santa, i know ur busy so i want to thank u for sending the best elves u have, Jojo elf and Haida elf, they are the most wonderful, caring elves I have ever known. I know i give them a hard time and I know I am not the easiest son to have, but they love me with all their hearts even when we argue, I hope they know just how much I love them.” Jojo reads as him and Haida look down at Jason who’s sleeping with a smile on his face.

“We are blessed to have such a wonderful son” Jojo and Haida says softly, Jojo walks back to the table and eats the cookies and drinks the milk before placing the utensils in the sink. Jojo walks back to the tree to put on the last of the decorations. While sitting down Jojo asks Haida if he helped Jason make the cookies, Haida laughed and said that Anai helped Jason make the cookies.

“It took forever but now… I have my own family… and i wouldn’t want it any other way,” Jojo says with a smile on his face.
