Let me explain what is happening here:
So Black Hat takes Lil' Jack,his beloved pet,to a "refreshing walk" which means turning the neighborhood upside-down.Meanwhile Dr Flug exits the HQ to speak with his boss.He is so concentrated on his clipboard that he doesn't notice the chaos around him until he reaches BH.
This is practicly an animation test, I was bord so yeah... i created this,took me 3-4 days to make cause' i didn't really have a plan of how the story will end up,including the characters movements (i also cut a lot of thouse) .
