She has chocolate brown eyes, and often wears revealing clothing, which usually has splashes of paint on them. She also has a spiral tattoo on one shoulder, and a dragon tattoo on her hip.

Personality: She's a little standoffish, and doesn't spend much time trying to make friends. She often suffers from symptoms similar to PTSD, and gets angry when people won't leave her alone. She especially has a problem with people touching her, which will often trigger anxiety attacks or rage. On the surface, Rocky tries to remain hard and tough, but inside, she gets confused and depressed.

Backstory: Rochelle was born after Slade and his wife Adeline Wilson parted ways, after a drunken night between the two. After she had her, Adeline wanted nothing to do with her, having still not forgiven Slade for what happened to their younger son, Joseph, so she gave their baby to Slade to raise. Slade, however, was never a kind father, and raised Rochelle as if she were his pupil rather than his child, putting her through ruthless training and combat lessons from a very young age. She's suffered many injuries, including broken bones, concussions, and burns, as a result of his rigorous training. She is now a skilled fighter, with everything from swords to firearms, and works as her father's apprentice, as much as she doesn't want to. She suffers from PTSD due to his horrible treatment of her, and avoids making friends or getting too close to people. As an outlet, she began to draw to get her fears and anxieties out, and some of her work can be disturbing, but beautiful. She's come to the city now as Slade's gopher, to gather information on the villains and heroes in the city, and to see if she can find any weaknesses in the United's defenses.
