A little test photo that I took with the D700 while testing out the Nikkor AF 35-70 F2.8D.

Next to market stall whose vendor believed I was after a photo of him, because I shot one a week before where the top of his head was seen over a stack of crates.

And he alleged that he didn't want to be on a photo as then they would all ask him to model for him.

Well I wasn't after him and I was after a subject shot of a building in the context of the weekly market (actually happens twice a week in winter and thrice in summer) hence the crates in the Photo.

I rather liked how this one turned out and thought it wortwhile sharing, as it shows that an old Camera and an even older lens can still bring the magic.

This lens is sharp, light, AF is quick enough, and the inverted push-pull zoom makes it interesting to use. And it collects a lot of light.

All that for about 209 Euros used, a real bargain.

It was shot a little over two weeks ago.
