THIS is my fully automated defense system. Or front gate anyway…

It’s basically an open doorway that automatically shuts at night with AN ELECTRIC FENCE! And if not bad enough there are quad upgraded auto-fire shotgun turrets that shoot up from the ground for more general badassery.

I could have just gone for regular turret mobs. But I wanted these to leap out of the ground and completely ambush the crap out of some poor hostile mobs! The gates suddenly swing shut, lava surround the city walls, all the gun turrets spring to life, and the iron doors of the barracks open up releasing the guards for the night patrol.

Iron golems? Phhaa! Sniper turrets!

Along with lava piston moats, armored automated farms, street posted auto fire sentries, gold armored villager soldiers, and other goodies, there are these gates. Took me literally all night to design and make them. To my knowledge no one has done automatic pop up electric fences and turrets before. And not hooked up to a day light sensor or in conjunction with citywide defenses. The citywide system is simple. Just look at the color of the red stone paste that stripes all of the walls of the city to see what the current security level is.

Code Green: Gates are open and you are free to explore outside the city parameter. Just be back by late afternoon.

Code Red: Gates are shut and armed. Don’t harass the guards, sniper turrets, or any iron golems that come in from the garden village. Do not touch any fences.

If you get stuck outside- take the skyway railroad into town via the nearest rest station or switch.

You know for only having started playing minecraft a month and a half ago- I’d say I’m a quick study.

Red Stone Paste Mod- Because you’d be stupid to do wiring without it!

Triancraft Mod-            Because having a bullet train go from town to town is badass.

Mo Explosives Mod-    Because missiles, nukes, and c4.

Balkon's Weapon’s Mod- Because mountable cannons…
