Description
After some thinking, I made an Underblub Flowey design. The petals have blue circles on the end and even a curl like an undeveloped petal on the top of his head. He has most of the powers that UT Flowey has, but all fire and bullet attacks are either unaffective or slower.I got most of the main characters planned already, so get ready for some more!
