I actually have to agree with one of the other commentors - possibly remove the mole? It *is* distracting (although it doesn't detract from her gorgeousness of course).

Very nice picture. Good lighting and composition. One little nitpick: use Photoshop to remove the mole above her left eyebrow - only because it's distracting. Otherwise, great picture.
