Fozhopper is based on Dust Bunny, as well as just... dust...
Fozhopper also kinda represents dust buster mops with it's tail and dex entries. Also Dust being a form of distribution.
New ability "Allergen"
The opposing pokemon takes 10% more damage when accuracy is lowered.
Signature moves "Dust Buster" and "Dust Bomb"
Dust Buster - > 15 base power, 90% accurate, normal type, can hit 3 or 4 times, each hit has a 33% chance to reduce the opponent’s accuracy.
Dust Bomb - > no damage or accuracy check, user faints, all opposing pokemon have accuracy sharply dropped.
