This is actually part of my final project from the class in which we had to draw an object that has some personal meaning to our lives, and then make another drawing that is a figurative/conceptual interpretation of what that object means to us. I decided to draw my glasses because although my vision isn't terrible, they are something I use almost every day and are vital to my ability to learn in class (and see where I'm going). The figurative drawing didn't come out so well but I'm really happy with this one. It's awesome to see how much I've improved/gotten back to my old form in just 10 weeks -it gives me hope that I can always come back to art someday and be able to pick it back up relatively quickly

I probably won't post for a while again after this but if I end up making anything (maybe over the summer?) I'll be sure to update! Until then, thanks for coming by~
