This is...so weird. It's EXACTLY what I was thinking after I saw this video. Except that after killing Ghost, Jimmy would pretend to be Ghost around Toast before he gets his chance to kill everybody.
I actually like this better, Ghost can stay as a ghost that can posess Jimmy and then it would still be them!
