I wonder what would have happened if Thomas had been at the sheds too. It would be a 'Big Four' debate. "Kings Cross" (LNER), "Eustan" (LMS), Paddington (GWR) and my guess on what Thomas would have said, "Victoria" (SR).

Or Waterloo.Β The Southern had a few termini, Waterloo, Victoria, and others.

The Southern was the LBSCR, the South Eastern & Chatham Railway, the London & South Western Railway, the route to Dover where the likes of 66 SquadronΒ and BudeΒ went, and a few others.Β When the boundary changes happened to the southern regions of BR in the early 60s, the withdrawal of Mr. Bulleid's Pacifics really began.

I just a refresher, that's all.
I don't think I have one. They all have interesting sounding names.

Personally my all time favorite steam locomotive is Flying Scotsman, as she's done so much over the last 57 years.

They argued when they went to sleep. They argued when they woke up. They were still arguing when the other engine went away.

I find it funny in this story how James says "London's notΒ Euston", when he himself would have had some brothers that worked on the LMS.

If a Southern Railway engine was involved in the argument, he'll say "London's Waterloo!"

An SR engine might have said Victoria, Charing Cross or London Bridge also. The Southern had four major London City Centre stations

Great with the Big City Engine here, WildNorWester. I was wondering if you made him for your series. I ask this because with him, you can do 'Gordon goes Foreign' and have him visit Sodor again.

He's actually a request I took from one of the SI3D members.Β I'll be doing him in his proposed TV series version, too.
Having said that, there are another two models which I will be using in my series which will be 'derived' from this model - let's just say they're close to a Black 5.

Fantastic work on the Foreign Engine.
I hope eventually you'll learn to implement the shiny effects that the 2010 models have.

Oh, they're there on the appropriate parts - his whistle and safety valves, and handrails.Β It's a bit more obvious when you see the model in daylight.

Well, I'm kinda referring to the bufferbeam and the grey parts of the wheels.

I've just checked the models in Trainz, and I can't seem to see anything reflective on his bufferbeam.Β As for the wheels, that's an artistic choice - I prefer them to have an off-white tyre.Β It also helps with performance slightly - given that I'm running Trainz on a laptop, I need all the performance help I can get.

I see.
But still, you're free to stick with your own style. It's also nice to see you're on this website more often.
